rivers work as long as the flow continues ...cap and trade will be constricting growth and the flow

free energy roadsystems will explode growth and road traffic hey i didnt say it was perfect ...ok thats gonna be a problem i know we can overcome ...GRIDLOCK living in southern california im aware of what bigtime problem this can be. buckeypaper roads systems that produce power as long as the cars are moving would be crippled by this one. well at least i look at my stumbling blocks ....im looking for help feel free to comment if you have any ideas how this one can be addressed thanks

The first buckeypaper road will cost x but the last one will be x time's x cheaper to make ...oil and coal will get more expensive and harder to produce as supply runs out...
